 1.    How to place an order?

Send us a inquiry of the products you interested in with the item code, color and quantity, we will send you a quotation after we get your detail requirements.

2.    What is the minimum order quantity of our products?(MOQ)

For our stock designs, the   MOQ is only 30pcs, can be mixed designs and mix colors. For those designs we don't have in stock, the MOQ is 50pcs-100pcs of each color base on the designs you like.

3.    What is the delivery time?

For our stock designs, the delivery time is 1-7 days, for the designs we don't have in stock, the delivery time is 15-30 working days base on the designs and your quantity.

4.    Can you make a customize logo on the products or packages?

Yes, we will suggest to suitable way to add your logo on the products or on the packages.

5.Does guarantee in Jewelry quality? Any Compensation once the jewelry broken?

Guarantee: Our warehouse workers will double check the quality one by one of the jewelry to ensure the jewelry are good before packing.

Compensation: Once you find there is a quality problem when you got the goods, please take photos to us immediately , our QC team will check and confirm quality problem, after we confirm it, we will refund  a new one to you in next order, or you can choose other styles ,or the price can be deducted in next order directly.
